Reach Coastal ABA has provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for those affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder for over 18 years. Reach provides early intervention services as well as support for communication, behavior, social, play, and life skills to preschool aged, school aged, and adults in home and community settings. Candidates who enjoy working as part of a team, bringing passion and enthusiasm to their practice will excel! 

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification will be encouraged and mentored. Each behavior technician will be part of a team with ongoing individualized BCBA supervision and support, meeting the BACB Standards of Supervision.

Preference is given to candidates with experience in ABA however entry level candidates will be considered.

A manageable caseload will allow you to provide comprehensive ABA services dedicated to improving the communication, social, and adaptive living skills of those needing support to reach their fullest potential.

  • Full-time Salaried positions: Monday-Friday (with overall availability from 8:30 am to 6:30pm). No weekend requirement! Sign-on Bonus!!
  • Part-time Hourly positions: Monday- Friday (must have availability for up to 10 hours weekly in the after-school time frame). No weekend requirements! 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Completion of initial assessments, reassessments, and client progress reports in a timely manner.
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of behavior support plans including the completion of functional assessments
  • Oversight and monitoring of individualized treatment using Verbal Behavior, NET, DTT, Precision Teaching and Positive Support strategies
  • Provide Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) training, support, and supervision according to the BACB Supervision Standards for RBT’s in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Provide support and instruction to families and caregivers regarding behavior management, generalization of newly acquired skills.
  • Graduate Student Supervision for BCBA Certification according to BACB Supervision requirements

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA-Massachusetts Licensure)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to think on your feet and outside of the box!
  • Ability to manage, support, and motivate others
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of an innovative Treatment Team including the Clinical Director as well as other professional service providers in order to deliver seamless instruction
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Independent, reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working with clients and families in a variety of home and community settings
  • Availability to work late afternoon/early evening hours
